- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – Our Customer Service Representatives gather details about your project, including scope, timeline, and any special requests. Virtual Estimate – Based on experience, we provide an approximate virtual estimate to help set expectations. Scheduling – Once you approve the estimate, we schedule one of our skilled craftsmen at a convenient time. On-Site Assessment & Work – Upon arrival, our craftsman confirms the project details and proceeds with the work efficiently and/or an updated more precise free quote to be scheduled by our in office CSR another day. Final Review & Follow-Up – We ensure your satisfaction and follow up if any additional services are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It should be known in the state of MI any work on a residential home that costs the customer greater than $600 (includes materials) technically requires either a Maintenance and Alterations License in that specific task being conducted or a Residential Builders License (aka General Contractor License). Rest assured Tool Time Home Solutions is Residential Builder Licensed.
