I’m satisfied with the work that was done but the time it took was very lengthy they arrived at 9:40 am and didn’t finish til after 5pm. They changed a blew out breaker reposition it also, ran a new wire and changed a outlet or 2. but almost 8 hours idk if that’s normal for these few things and I was charged $350+50 for materials wasn’t expecting it to be so much but with the (language barrier) I wasn’t going to debate about it had already been a long day.

The job was fairly simple, but I was messed with on price and materials. I would have dont it myself, but I needed to show that a contractor did the work for insurance reasons. It was just adding a railing to the stairs (1 hour max). They showed up (1 hr late). They asked me to pay for materials instead of including it in their invoice, which is not terrible, but then they included tools and excess materials. They bought a drill bit set, tape measure, and full boxes of screws for a job that needs about 10 screws max. Then they tried to charge for 6.5 hours worth of work. The house is a rental. The tenants texted me that the team left after about an hour and they waited till 11pm to tell me that it took 6.5 hrs. But when challenged he pretty easily reduced the price so at least he didnt try to keep the lie going.
