- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Duo (two musicians): Base price for one hour $350. Duo (two musicians): Base price for 2 - 3 hours $400. Quartet (Ed Stone and the Flowmasters): Base price for 1-3 hours $800. Holidays & Special Occasions (e.g. weddings, conventions): Price increases based on fair market value and the event planner's budget. Travel fees, parking fees and lodging prices to be added as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INITIAL PHONE CALL: Indoor or outdoor event, layout specifics, use of a stage, power access load-in and set-up times, parking arrangements, unique needs and dietary preferences PRICE & CONTRACT DISCUSSION: Special negotiations, travel fees, time and type of payment EMAIL CONTRACT: Contract is sent via email for review, method for signing is discussed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Performing since age of 12. High school: Rating of superior for solo guitar performance at the Reno jazz festival. One year of music training at the University of Washington, Seattle. My version of "Treat Her Like a Lady" stayed on Bill Boards top 10 hot single sales for 3 weeks. I have written and produce 5 albums and produced one video presented on VEVO. I am a retired internal medicine physician after serving 30 years.
