- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services have a flat fee that is based on our experience in said matter so as to eliminate unnecessary billing and heartaches for the client. Matters of extended litigation use an hourly fee rate with a retainer provided to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for a new customer is to have a thorough discussion as to what the client's goals and needs are. We then form a plan to meet the client's goals and satisfy their needs. Lastly, we explain the legal process to the client so they are fully aware of what is going to happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three college degrees and I subscribe to all continuing education opportunities that I am available for legal development in the state of Michigan.
