Was very responsive until I wanted a written quote for insurance purposes. Big RED FLAG! I've dealt with far too many fly by nights to not get a written quote. If you choose to use this person, get license and insurance information, AND A WRITTEN QUOTE! Pay with a charge card so you can dispute charges if needed. If they don't take a charge card, NEXT!
