What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off total volume (cubic yardage) of items being removed. Our pricing is based off single item/minimum, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, and full load rates. Minimum pick ups start at $99.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get some basic info then schedule a time to come give a free estimate if we are unable to provide an instant quote over the phone.
