Sangita gives detailed but yet very understandable instructions. I was not a fan of yoga when I tried it a few times with other instructors, but I have enjoyed her classes

I would like to say that I did a few meditations with Sangita Mediratta I love her relaxing voice and how she guides the meditation into a relaxing journey. The last meditation I did with her I felt grounded and connected to myself which doesn’t always happen for me. I had some nice tingles and a over all relaxed feeling. She also guided me through a trauma releasing meditation which worked wonders!! Thank you so much and I look forward to following you on your teachings 💜

Sangita teaches Yoga at the YMCA where I am a current member. Her classes are easy to follow, safe and professional, applicable from beginner to intermediate levels.
