Thank you for your interest in Pestway. Since 2006, when my twin brother and I started this company, our goal was to be more than just a wildlife trapping company. We have always focused on being a full-service nuisance wildlife control company. While we do trap and remove all nuisance wildlife, we also specialize in the repair of entry points, preventing animals from returning, as well as cleanup and disinfecting. We have innovative solutions, high-quality materials, and back all of our work with an industry-leading WAR|RANTY. The technician was great! He checked my property inside and out. We discussed levels of treatment for the mice and chose outdoor bait stations. He offered to return in one month to see if additional bait was needed. Since then, my basement live traps have been empty. Yea!!

So far so good. Explained how bats were getting in the attic and sealed many possible entry points. Showed why they picked the location of the bat door. Said total evacuation would take about 2 weeks. Clean up would take place after the 2 week window. Heard noises a couple times in the ceiling within the 2 week period. Clean up will take place in a couple days. That’s why so far so good.

The technician, Cole, was very courteous, respectful, and professional. He explain every step of the work and would be doing and provided pictures of what he would be doing. I am completely satisfied with everything that has been done so far.

So pestaway has some pros as well as cons. They are very knowledgeable about pests and have quick response times. My issue is that, all of their work is warrantied, but in my experience, you won’t reap any benefits from that. We have used them twice now, and when there’s a reoccurrence of an issue (say areas that were patched up, an animal found a way back in) they will claim that the “new area” was not “their work” so they can’t replace it under warranty, but they can and will quote you for an entirely new job. And thus begins a whole new project with several new charges. The second was also told a trap would be set in my attic, and when the gentleman came to check for animals, he said it wasn’t ever set. So if you have a quick issue I’d say they will be fine. But for a major job, you will continue to pay multiple upfront costs. It easily became a $ pit in my opinion.

He showed up on time and actually found where the damn squirrels were getting into the house ! We couldnt see it as it was in a dark corner of the roof. Gave us all the info we needed to take it from there. Perfect service, highly recommended.

While we do charge an inspection fee, that fee does go towards any work you have done with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
