- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are billed by the hour. We have found this creates the best pricing structure for clients. You pay for the time you require, not what we think you'll use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first interview the prospective client to ensure they are a good fit. If their line of service is not within our scope we would much rather help you find the right experienced professional then take on a project we may not be able to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years plus financial experience and hold a MBA graduate degree.
