Chris came to my house change a 3 dollar part and said it was fixed and charged us 100 services fee for coming out. It never worked I called 20 mins after him "fixxing it" and told him it still won't go in the next phase. He came back and said he would order the right parts to fix it and now will not answer the phone or respond in anyway. It been 3 weeks what great service.

Parts of this aren't true , admittedly your washing machine repair may have fallen through the cracks as I was sick for a week and a half and have been playing catch up , I apologize aswell as being human , I respect your opinion but I have no voicemails or record of you calling or texting so that I can rectify the unsatisfying experience you have had with me
Also there isn't a part on a washing machine that's 3$ try that part was 35$ and a diagnostic service call is $80
Again I apologize you fell through the cracks
