- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started because I was tired of seeing good people fall for bad advice. I used to be in shape, let it slip like a lot of guys do when life gets busy—work, family, all of it. I got fed up, figured out what actually works, and realized most of the fitness industry is either overcomplicating everything or selling nonsense. So I started helping people simplify it. No gimmicks, no tupperware marathons, no 2-a-days. Just smart strength training, strategic nutrition, and a system that fits real life. It started with helping friends, then clients, and now it’s turned into a full coaching business built around results.
