- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always make sure that we are both satisfied not only myself and my employees but the client as well I'm open to discounts and negotiations as long as it is fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client as well as what they're needing done in their home or outside of exedra as well as what materials they need exactly and then I like to send them a quote and estimate we going we can negotiate that quote if it seems to be too high for them and then I like to set the date and time that we will meet at their house or commercial buildings wherever and I like to do it within the next two to three business days from speaking with them the communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business has been open for many years now we had a great clientele in my hometown Tennessee and which we went to California for about 8 months and built a small clientele there now we're here in Michigan hoping and praying to build a great huge clientele that will call us not only for a one time call but if needed 24/7 run the clock will be there.
