With two national certifications (MovNat and NASM) and my B.S. in Exercise Science: Athletic Training, I am educated - I know what I'm doing! I live in Ortonville and working at a gym in Bloomfield. I have time for 1-2 new personal training clients and I can come to you. I have nearly 20 years experience working full-time as a certified personal trainer and have owned my own studio/gyms. I found my trainer, Jason Schaefer, on Thumbtack and enlisted him to help me lose weight after my baby. It hasn't been long, but I'm already feeling a big difference in my strength and the cardio. He has been very insightful and knowledgeable, helping me with proper diet and working around some running injuries...and still kicking my butt! With his background in exercise science and running, he is the perfect trainer for me! You can find trainers for cheaper, but it really is true what they say you get what you pay for! - Gosia
