I offer professional private lessons for the piano. I'm experienced with students of all ages, and all skill levels. I have a Bachelor's in Music from Wayne State, and I've been working as a full time performer and teacher since 2005!
I teach note reading, improvisation, and music theory. We can focus on classical, jazz, show tunes, pop standards, or all of the above. I'm also very experienced with music for religious services.
Working with me will give you the skills you need to succeed as a live performer, either as a soloist, or in a group or musical theater setting.
In addition to being an experienced musician, I am excellent at presenting information in a clear and understandable way. I tailor each lesson to the specific needs of the student. Every age group, and every type of student, needs a specific approach.

Lessons are available virtually, over Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. If you prefer a different video service I'd love to learn about it!
When meeting in person in my home, you can expect all surfaces to be sanitized immediately before you arrive, including:
-The piano keyboard
-The door knob
-Pens / Pencils
Hand sanitizer will always be available, and I will be wearing a face covering during the lesson.
