- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge either hourly or, in some cases, I price it out based on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a consultation, where I come to the client's home for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, free of charge. At the consultation, I discuss the customized services I can offer. Then we set a date and time to begin working on one area of the home, together. In addition to organizing alongside the client, I teach the client how to go about the process so that it will be simple to maintain in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained for a year with a professional organizer. Also, I am a member of NAPO (National Association for Professional Organizers), and have completed and attended several educational seminars and courses in the field. Additionally, I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
