Introduction
My attention to detail and dedication to my craft has been called flawless. I have always humbly prepared my dishes and challenge anyone to be as calm and cool as I am while preparing a 6 course regional Italian dinner. I get to provide haute cuisine to an actual person. When working in a restaurant, creating 300 dishes a night and not meeting a single person whom got to enjoy it is almost depressing. I love being able to hear feedback from my clients; it makes me a better Chef and gives me great room for growth.

Chef Elliott planned and executed an outstanding menu that left the geriatric, vegetarian and too young to know how spoiled they were members of my family (there were about 12 of us) in awe. Creative, elegant, comfortable and ultimately memorable, we can't wait to eat his food again.

What an amazing chef! Elliot helped me entertain many times in my home and I couldn’t be happier. He has an amazing arsenal of recipes that will satisfy any palette. His presentations were spot on and so beautifully executed. I loved how he explained each dish to my guests in such an elaborate form. We were salivating before he finished. He was always professional and wonderful to work with. He has definitely mastered the art for culinary cuisine! I wouldn't hesitate to call in him again for any occasion. I highly recommend Elliot. But beware; once you’ve tasted his cooking you’ll be hard pressed to live without it!

Elliot made a mouth watering once in a lifetime meal for a dinner party of 12, coordinated with a different wine for each course. The meal was served over a couple of hours, required immense attention to detail and was superbly delicious. I only wish I had a bigger stomach.
