- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is $39.95 We come out and perform our safety inspection. Once completed we are in a position to quote out the job. If you, the customer, decide to give us the work. We waive the service call and only charge for whats needed in order to get the door and or opener functioning properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer the customer to call us. Explain the situation so that we have an understanding of the issues. Gives both parties a chance to ask and answer questions before scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in the industry. If we cannot fix it, no charge.
