- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and tailored to each event's unique needs. A 50% down payment is required to secure bookings, with the balance due at least a week before the event date. This ensures we can plan and prepare accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your vision and needs. Then, well provide a customized proposal. followed by contract signing and event planning. on the day of the event well set up, execute and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently studying business and entrepreneurship in community college. I've also completed a bartender class in mixology and holds a TIPS certification, ensuring I'm equipped to provide exceptional services and responsible beverage handling.
