I hired Matt to DJ a corporate employee appreciation event at my work place. Matt responded quickly to any questions I had leading up to the event. We hired Matt for a 40th birthday party with an 80s theme, and he absolutely nailed it. Punctuality is just the start with this DJ; he was set up and ready to spin before the first guests arrived, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement. He was incredibly helpful, assisting us with not only the music but also making sure the audio levels were perfect for both the speeches and the dance floor beats. What truly sets him apart was his adherence to our theme and instructions. He curated a playlist that felt like a time machine back to the 80s, with all the hits and hidden gems that had us dancing all night. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available when bundling DJ Services with either live piano, uplighting, or both!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference has always been to meet in person, however during pandemic times I have found a Zoom session or video call to be quite effective. For weddings, after we discuss the details for your event, a typed out detail sheet will be created, which can be shared with any other vendors who may need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Music from Wayne State University, and I've worked exclusively as a musician for my entire career.
