James did an excellent job replacing the parts of the flush tank. He was well-prepared and efficient in getting everything needed for the job. He also caulked the kitchen sink with great care, and we were very impressed with his work. He was professional, punctual, and responded promptly to all my messages, addressing every question I had. I first hired James to put window sealant on all the exterior windows of my new home. He was quick and efficient. Since then, he has repaired ceiling and wall cracks, installed crown molding and replaced bifold doors with French doors to give me better access to my washer and dryer.
