I never used this pro but when I told him his rate was too high, he made a rude comment. Completely unnecessary for a professional to be rude after being rejected. I’m so glad I didn’t hire him!

We worked with Chad to have our old deck replaced with Trex in May of this year (2021). He was fantastic to work with from beginning to end on our project. He was excellent with communication, honest, and very reliable—qualities that I have struggled to find with other contractors. The quality of his work was top notch…we have been enjoying the new deck all summer with no complaints whatsoever.
