- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I give discounts to senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially do a site survey to verify that the appliance will fit into the space; moreover, I check plumbing, electrical, gas and ductwork. I give the customer a walk through of what I will be doing and how it will be done. Lastly I answer all questions and began working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 5 year journeyman plumbing apprenticeship through plumbers local 98. I was trained as an appliance installer for two major retailers.
