- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do discounts for larger jobs. I start at 80 dollars per hour, but sometimes will quote lower if the job is very close to me...or if the particular job is very interesting and unique. I love packing, unpacking and staging. I like figuring out problems and creating new systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is a quick phone call, followed by photos by the potential customer. If I can do an in-home consult, it's free. My radius is 30 minutes outside Northville. I will consider further for a small mileage fee. I like to see what is working in their home/office and what is not. I will do a virtual consult if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
