Keisha has worked on two of our properties We found her to be very thorough, knowledgable, honest and very professional. Just an overall great person. We absolutely loved the designs she presented for our 2 rental properties. We love her use of color without it being overpowering. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is honest and fair. I focus on trying to work within my clients budget. If it can’t be accomplished, I will let my clients know.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with offering a complimentary discovery call to determine if my services and our personalities will be a good fit. Design is an intimate relationship and if harmony does not exist, the process will not work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The New York Institute of Art and Design. However, my craft has been perfected through hands on experience.
