I hired Frank and his team to pull up some really old carpet in a 100 year old family home that I am renovating. It was a great experience. From the initial phone call up to final payment, Frank made it easy. They were very professional. The job got done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. Also the cost was right. I was satisfied with the job and will use them again on other flooring jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is usually the first step of working with a new customer. That’s so we can go over the size and scope of the project and see if an in person estimate is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Journeyman Carpenter for over 20 years and have over 10 years experience in residential and commercial flooring.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing flooring a the North American International Auto Show. From there I began residential flooring.
