I had a cracked 3x12 glass backsplash tile that needed replacing. Mikes guys did an excellent job replacing it and now the backsplash looks like new again. You cant tell which tile was replaced. They were very careful and methodical about their work and cleaned everything up nicely. Glass tile is very tricky to work with but they did great and were very reasonable too!

We offer extremely competitive pricing and will always beat a competitive quote
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- Our 1st meeting is typically for gathering information to allow us to provide the best service and products to fit your needs. Step 2- Once we agree on what is needed, we will provide an estimate and discuss any changes or concerns to allow for a firm quote Step 3- Once we receive a deposit as stated in the quote, we will start your project in the time frame promised and stay on your job each weekday until it is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several people with various educational/trade related backgrounds. There is no substitute for the hands on experience we have gathered over the past 20 years, it shows in the final product.
