Alain was great at assessing my computers malfunctions. He was very prompt in responses and gave thorough explanations and solutions! I was on a time crunch so Alain’s swift responses and time availability was amazing! Would definitely recommend Alain for any computer repair.

Great job repairing my inlaws computer. Problem was we were unable to connect to the internet on an older laptop, it took about 2 hours but he got it fixed. Would definitely recommend

LinSystem Solution LLC assisted in picking up the HP printer from my home. He went out of his way to assist when I was unexpectedly delayed in handing off the of printer as previously planned due to medical delay. Explained the reason for the printer problem and repair required clearly.

    We offer 5% senior discount, discount also applies to returning customers and customers referred to us.

    Receive a lead, schedule an introductory call ( applies to cases without proper/limited job description), assessment, provide estimate, project execution, mark project as Completed/Not Completed, inform customer on next step, payment step. Once these steps, customer may receive a review request. We often setup a follow up call to ensure customers satisfaction.
