- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $75 service fee that is waived if we are awarded the job, we also have discounts for Military/Veterans, Seniors, First Responders, and more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we book a call with the customer, they will get a phone call well before hand to confirm the time we will be there, then another call 30 minutes before arrival to ensure the visit still works for the customer. Upon arrival, our Technicians talk to the customer to find out what's going on, preform a 25 point safety inspection, and provide estimates for the repair.
