The gentleman came to do an estimate and never returned call. A really weird interaction. It was almost as if he couldn’t wait to leave. I am very surprised with a company established for so long with a great reputation and understands customer service. This so unfortunate.

Depends on customers need - we can set up a meeting on site to review customers request, we can handle everything over the phone or email. We typically provide customers with FREE estimates within 24-48 hours of request.
