- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service call can be unique. There is the possibility that it would be cheaper once the Service Tech is there and evaluates your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service call scheduling and communication during and after the service call. We do onsite free estimates for hearth products that includes new fireplaces, wood stoves, and accesories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
