- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everybody business will offer a different price, with every price a different service. You should get what you pay for, prompt, professional service with excellent workmanship. I happy to assure you that is a service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Phone consultation. 2.Meeting/contract/schedule 3.Second meeting if needed to schedule and sign contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a four-year apprenticeship to obtain my Journeymans card in 2010. I hold a Michigan Residential Builders License.
