Hired Michigan Bed Bug Specialists to help my Mother In law solve her problem without using chemicals. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were on the job in 48 hours! Their heat treatment is the "way to go". 24 hours after their visit you would never know there was a Bed Bug Problem. Cannot say enough about their services.

Found what I very confidently thought was a bed bug, even though we had no other signs. I called, and Allan came out about 20 minutes after that first call for an inspection and quote. He asked if we had bats, which we did just find in our house 2 days earlier. He suggested I ask an entomologist at MSU to see if it was a bed bug or bat bug (which I never even heard of). Turns out that it was confirmed to be a bat bug. Had it taken awhile for someone to get out here, or not tell me that it could have been a bat bug, I would have turned into a complete basket case awaiting treatment! I really appreciate the fast, honest, and friendly service!

EDIT!!! Once again, Allan has come to the rescue and put my family at ease! I cannot stress enough how quick and professional Allan is and how good he is at his job! Very thorough and knowledgeable! Thanks again!I CANNOT stress enough how thankful my family is for Allan and his team! We had a budding infestation of bedbugs, and he walked us through the entire process in a professional, kind and (especially important) quick manner! Allen has taken every call and addressed every concern (no matter how rediculous they were, lol) I have had even after he and his awesome team treated my home. IF YOU EVEN SUSPECT BED BUGS, CALL THESE GUYS!

I work in property management and I looking for information on what I thought was bed bugs in a home... Come to find out, it was BAT BUGS! Who would have known?!
