- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of our services differs for each customer we get. There are several factors that we take into consideration, like, the size of the project, and the duration of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to new customers, we like to give them a call or receive a call and try to get to know our customers. When it comes to getting to business, we like to ask for an EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER which we would keep on our database for us to be able and communicate with our customers, and don't worry we won't share any of your information to anyone at any cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our people have worked in outdoor services for quite some time, and even our Co-owner, Chase, has a quite large knowledge when it comes to outdoors by having some experience with landscape companies around our area.
