FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small company with lots of experience and low overhead. That being said, we are not "handymen" or "jacks-of-all-trades", we are professional plumbers. We have very competitive rates and our work quality is second to none (as one can see from our reviews here, on Google, Angie's list, or Home Advisor).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner of the company, I like to deal with customers personally. I do much of the work myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been plumbing most my life, I've done residential new construction, repair, and remodel. Also, commercial and industrial new construction and repair. I worked in a parts store for 4 years to learn pipe, fittings, and plumbing parts. I completed a union apprenticeship. I've taken many classes and have quite a few different plumbing certifications.
