Rushed through the job. Below average clean. 40 minutes, $140 dollars for a “basic clean”. Wasn’t much to clean only lived in the place for a month. Paid about the same rate from a person off task rabbit and got a much more thorough job.

i’d rate a 3.5/5. I called the same day and she was able to accommodate me the same day although she did not arrive at the scheduled time; and did not notify me that she would be running late. Natisha came in ready and went straight to work. Now we agreed to 165 for deep clean although I did informs her that if anything arises, i’d be willing to pay more. One thing about me is i appreciate quality work, which she did not provide. it was more so surface cleaning. 1. she did not vacuum the kitchen, she did not wipe down the kitchen exterior kitchen appliance (stainless steal trash can), she did wipe down the dining room table, nor did she wipe down the dining room seats and lastly she did not bother cleaning the light fixtures in the bathroom that were clearly dusty— all this I had to do myself despite her increasing the price to 190. overall quality of work not worth the value.

The place was despicable sexual items everywhere cock rings every where for sexual events half of the things I didn’t wanna touch this tasteful very nasty however thanks for the 190. And I was never late you didn’t come to the door at 4:30.

All I asked for was an estimate and before I could even agree she told me nevermind because people in Detroit don't pay! Wtf?! See photos of her biased, presumptuous, unprofessional conversation. She got my details wrong, insulted me, my race, my neighborhood, my intelligence, and then disputed the conversation on the app so she wouldnt be charged $48. Sounds like she's the untrustworthy one. I wouldn't do business with this person, ever! Be sure to read the reviews she responded to. This person is unreasonable and unaccountable. For some reason the last 3 screenshots wont upload. She said Black people don't pay. She called me ignorant because she was charged 48$ to talk to me then said she would dispute the charge and get her money back. I told her I was going to leave a bad review and she said she didn't care, she will just put that I wanted a free clean and she never serviced me. Save yourself the unpleasant interaction. I never suggested a price. The 125 was a price on the website she sent, the 140 is the quote that came from Thumbtack. I was merely trying to find out what was included in that price. Very disappointed.

Never had any intentions because you want to pay me 125 what you thought my website stated Not true information you didn’t put all the screenshots up and it’s not gonna hurt my business. I’m sorry that you felt that way trying to mess up my character, I will respond when you say something bad about me. Thanks for the refund and have a great life. Please stop harassing me. You can’t be mad that our own people don’t want to pay. Yes I said it don’t tip and do things like this.
