- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After gathering information regarding what room, what quantity of paper determined by the square footage of wall space, and having an opportunity to view the detailed information regarding the paper of choice, I can then determine a cost for installation. (I always provide the wallpaper paste)! Text messages, photographs and phone calls have proven to be very sufficient for adequately determining the project, so plenty of communication always contributes to a positive result!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather as much information via text, phone calls and photographs and then move forward with an installation date. The more communication the less misunderstanding. My reviews here on Thumbtack will confirm that this abundance of communication get the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience. I started wallpapering in my own home as well family and friends homes at no charge in the very early days, allowing me to gain experience and confidence. I am still fascinated by the courage clients have selecting fun and unconventional patterns, there is a wallpaper for everyone to express themselves with.
