- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
every new customer starts with a phone call where I get some basic information about what your looking for and we schedule the consultation in person or virtually. the 30 minute consultation starts with a tour where I'll ask questions and get a better feel for what your goals are, photos are taken for reference, and I estimate the number of hours it will take. at the end, we review the information, talk about the quote, review and sign contract, pay up front, and schedule the organizing sessions to happen.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a children's room and it was so fun because she loved anime like I do and we created a bond. That bond made it possible for her to trust me so that we could get her done quickly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
hiring a professional organizer is a very personal thing. we come into homes and see the mess and it will make you feel vulnerable. you need to make sure that the person you bring in is someone that you are comfortable with and can empathize with you and work alongside you to reach your goals.
