- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the job. what I've always done is take the average price of the job in question for your area, then beat the price. so I'm always on the very competitive end of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we figure out exactly what your looking for we can discuss pricing and work out a time and date that works for them. I am available nights as well as days because most people work days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the best kind of training. ON THE JOB TRAINING. I have been flipping houses since I was 15 which I have literally encountered everything multiple times. I had to learn it all if we were gonna be successful.
