- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Live music events: 1. Drafting contract, deposit fee request to secure the date. 2. Repertoire requests, event details, finalizing and signing the contract. 3. Follow ups as needed, or 1-2 weeks before the event. 4. Receiving the payment before or on the day of the event. 5. Clients enjoy our performance. Music lessons: 1. Meeting to discuss student's goals: Basically a free 30-minutes lesson to check student level, discuss instrument options if needed, create a short term plan and a schedule. 2. Lessons (45 or 60 minutes). Once or twice a week. In certain situations like audition or concert preparation we can have lessons more often. 3. Payment can be made at every lesson, per month, or per semester. Music engraving services: 1. Calculating approximate price of a job needed. 2. Deposit of 50% or $50, whichever is less. 3. Adjusting the price during the first days of work (in many cases, the flat rate is more expensive than the real amount of work needed, so we offer the price based on the actual work done) 4. Payment request after the job is done. Minor modifications included in price, major modifications will require additional payment.
