- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer some services at a flat rate price. Other services such as troubleshooting and diagnostic work I have hourly rates. I work with my customers on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a telephone conversation to get to know each other and then begin talking about the scope of work and what the customers needs are. I like to leave the customer informed on what I expect to have to do and give a very close estimate over the phone so they are not surprised in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification in HVACR mechanics, 2 years commercial training, 2 years of dyno setup and operation and 5 years performing residential electrical as a service.
