- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $70/hr for residential customers. For businesses, my rate is $80/hr. Custom software development jobs are typically quoted lump-sum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss the specifics of the job with the customer. If any parts are needed, I obtain necessary information for ordering. Then, I provide my customer with an estimate for the parts and labor necessary to complete the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Environmental Engineering degree from Northwestern University and I am an Oracle certified Database Administrator and a Novell CNA.
