- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyones business is unique. So I prefer to do a consult before providing a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll determine what services fit your needs. Then I'll review the current books and start to make a determination of the time needed per month to accomplish the goals. Next, I submit a proposal to you that shows a breakdown of the costs of my services, and should you decide that we are a good fit, then I send an engagement letter outlining how we will do business together. Once the letter is signed and the first month is paid, I get to work immediately.
