I'm able to adjust just depending on what is needed and / or not. I'll always be honest
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to the customer to know exactly what you want I do a walk through with you to tell you what I can do I make sure the customer approve almost every action because I need to make sure you know what I'm doing and have an ok from you to do it. then I do the job and the show you how to use your new device
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working for adt and vivint smart homes for the last 3 and a half years it's my daily job, so yeah.
