Introduction

Helping families in Metro Detroit capture, preserve and showcase their unique love story. My goal is to capture and preserve beautiful moments from their lives and transform them into heirloom wall art and albums to be remember and passed on for years to come. I specialize in newborn, maternity, baby and family photography. I also photograph High School Seniors. Words can not express how much I enjoy witnessing and preserving the love and joy of a families.

Dana did such a wonderful job taking pictures of our son! She was able to capture great photos of him in the snow, even when he wouldn't sit still, and the final results were gorgeous!

Dana Rose is a wonderful photographer. I loved her natural style and use of natural lighting. She took both my maternity photos and newborn photos of my baby boy. She is so kind and personable and amazing to work with. She took outside and indoor photos with ease. She was amazing with my newborn baby boy. She made me feel comfortable and at home in her studio. She was calm and patient with my newborn and told me everything she would be doing to keep him calm and happy. He photos are stunning. Im in love with them and loved working with Dana.

I never imagined professional photos could be this easy! I usually dread photos because of the stress, but Dana was so fabulous, patient, and relaxed that I immediately felt at ease. Who would have thought professional photos could be so much fun?! We did two separate sessions for my child’s one year photos, and after the first session I couldn’t wait for the second! She had sneak peaks ready in such a short turn around time and had the cutest props and outfits to choose from. She was a natural with my one year old and kept sessions short and sweet—perfect for my antsy kiddo. I wish I could give her 10000000 recommendations! Thank you, Dana, for making me love professional photos and I look forward to scheduling more sessions in the near future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible...I have all inclusive digital packages and a pricing model that allows people to purchase from an a la carte menu. I am a big believer in you only buy what you love.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mentored with another professional photographer and a color expert. On a regular basis, I take classes on editing techniques. I submit images for peer review. I occasionally work with models to test out new locations and techniques. I regularly try new professional print labs to ensure I am using the one I believe to be the best.
