- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most items are based on $150/hr. for the first hour then $100/hr in chunks of 15 minutes after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually will not know how long a repair will take until we do an initial diagnosis. At that time we identify the complete cost and identify if you want to continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 yrs with Chrysler in all aspects of IT support including the last 10 as an IT Business Analyst/Solution Provider and project manager.
