I started Working out/training with Amanda about 10 years ago. Amanada’s passion for her work and the He results I am seeing keep me motivated. The workouts are individualized to fit my needs and abilities. Amanda is engaging, enthusiastic, and encouraging and her love for exercising and fitness is infectious! Amanda goes above and beyond for her clients. With Amanda I feel More like a friend than a dollar sign! She has gone for runs with me and put together workouts at her home for me and done these workouts right along side of me to keep me going. Amanda knows just when to give me a “you’re doing great!” to keep me going when I am Fatiguing. I cannot Recommend Amanda enough! She really is the best!

Amanda is great at her job. She takes it very seriously and is well qualified. I always have a great workout with her and feel accomplished with her. I have seen great results and always feel better after a workout.
