- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices reasonable as long the client is consistent and true to their time of workout. I asked for a 24-hour cancellation notice as the same goes for myself to my clients.🏋️♂️
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I would like to take measurements, weight, BMI, resting heart rate, set goals, recheck every few weeks!😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified to the American Council on Exercise. I have attended several classes and workshops for exercise physiology keeping up-to-date on the most recent effective exercises is in the fitness industry
