My initial conversation with James was friendly. He offered me a quote and I politely told him I would discuss with my husband and call him back if we decided to hire him. He proceeded to tell me he “took an L and paid out of pocket” to even talk to me and that “this is a business.” He became rude and aggressive when he wasn’t hired on spot and I explained that I did not ask him to call me. He could have messaged me. He then hung up in my face. I have never experienced anything like that. I’m glad we didn’t work together. Not the best encounter.
