- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we contact our customers through leads that we receive through various websites/ apps. From there we set up appointments to visit the job site and take photos/ measurements that way we can get an accurate quote in your hands. All of this is provided at no cost to you. Our sales team then writes up a contract including a quote for the customer and emails it to their designated address. From that point forward, it is completely in the customers hands. We make sure that you have all of your questions answered and that the job description is laid out as clearly as possible, always ensuring that you have our contact information in case any additional questions arise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from all different backgrounds and enjoy doing so! We take pride in what we do and appreciate having the opportunity to meet people from all different seasons of life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Although budget is a very large part of the process, cheaper does not always equate to better work. Communicate every question or concern that you have so that your provider knows and understands your thought process on it all. It is so crucial to be on the same page and have the same understanding of the task at hand!
