He took his time to explain the procedure. My work schedule overlaps with his closing time, he waited so I could do my pick up after closing time. He gave value for payment.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Diagnosis is always free, there are no costs unless the device is repaired. (The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.) Repairs that are mailed in have a fee for both outgoing and return delivery. Most standard repairs are usually the part cost plus labor. We try to find the best quality parts at the best value for your repair. Data retrieval is labor only unless there are additional parts or services needed. Soldering repairs may require parts that require a part cost.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always loved electronics and loved experimenting with computers and laptops before smart phones came along. One day my Sony Xperia decided to stop working and I spent the afternoon taking it apart and putting it back together. I realized that phones were now small computers and required repairs and service that weren't easy. So I bought a couple dead phones (Android and iPhone) and started taking them apart and seeing if I could get to work again. From there I did some work on the side, then joined a company that did this work for a while, and fixed and helped uncountable amounts of phones and customers, and one day decided to start my own business doing this work with my dedication to customer satisfaction as my core principle.
