- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept payment in the forms of cash, check, and credit cards (3% fee). I have experience helping clients use a health savings account (HSA) to pay for training sessions and I am more than willing to help you with the logistics of this as well. I offer different training options ranging from: 1-on-1 – $55.00/hour 2-on-1 – $75.00/hour In-home training – $60.00 + travel/hour Virtual training – $55.00/hour Health/Wellness coaching Guided meditation I offer training by the session as well as training packages. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different and I pride myself on approaching each person I work with on an individual basis. Upon hire, I start with a complementary 60 minute intake session. This includes coaching to establish goals, strengths, weaknesses, address medical/physical limitations, and more. If desired, this intake also includes current body statistics such as weight, height, body mass index, resting heart rate, blood pressure, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). CPR/AED certified. Certified Health/Wellness coach through Empowerment Coaching Network (local to Grand Rapids).
